In 2008, Theresa joined with the Maidenhead Advertiser to successfully campaign for a minor injuries unit at St Marks Hospital in Maidenhead. Having seen a number of services taken away from Maidenhead over recent years, Theresa was delighted that the campaign was able to bring this vital service to St Marks. The unit is now open six days a week on a trial basis. It is important that the unit remains open after the trail period has ended. Theresa is now campaigning to make sure that Berkshire East Primary Care Trust keeps the unit.Read More
Theresa has welcomed the news that the new Government has cancelled the third runway project at Heathrow Airport. Like many others, Theresa has been firmly against plans to build a third runway at Heathrow and campaigned against it on behalf of Maidenhead residents.Read More
