Theresa May MP opens Braywick Court School's new Outdoor Learning Area

  • Feb 7, 2018

On Friday 26 January Theresa was shown around the new space by children from the Braywick Court School.

The school is based in Braywick Nature Reserve and wants to bring its ‘green ethos’ and outdoor learning to its 120 pupils.

Theresa cut a ribbon before going on a nature trail with the children.

Theresa:

“I was honoured to be invited to open this new outdoor learning area. It is vitally important that we provide our children with the best facilities to enhance and improve their education.

It was therefore especially wonderful to open this new site as the children will have the chance to learn whilst being outside and stay physically active as well. Movements and fresh air are key features for any child and I am sure that this new site will be a favourite spot across the school.”
