Great Western Rail (GWR) in conjunction with the Department for Transport have announced funding to support community investment, using a new Community Fund.GWR are particularly keen to see small and medium sized projects which have been identified and have the support of the local community. Among the areas of particular interest are environmental benefits and rail travel.

The deadline for submitting ideas is 27th June.
