This week is Carers Week and it is important that we take a moment to pay tribute to all our carers up and down the UK.
Carers Week takes place each year to raise awareness of caring, to make carers aware of the support available to them, and to help people identify as carers.

Now, at a time of national crisis carers have faced extra difficulties in ensuring the most vulnerable people in our communities are properly cared for.
As the Member of Parliament for the Maidenhead constituency I regularly meet with carers and I want to take this opportunity to express my own thanks and support for all the excellent work carers do both locally, and nationally.
