Maidenhead's MP Theresa May was delighted to attend the Maidenhead Lions Swimarathon- with the event making a return to the Braywick Leisure Centre.
The Swimarathon is a long-running event organised by the Lions Club of Maidenhead in which teams complete relays in a pool for 12 hours.
This event has been taking place for the last 37 years, with organisations including schools, churches, and local authorities entering participants and Theresa thoroughly enjoyed visiting the participants to cheer them on.
The Swimarathon was a success with organisers hoping that the event raised more than £30,000 for good causes.
