  • 24 Dec 2018

On 21st December Theresa visited the Maidenhead Heritage Centre.

Theresa was invited by Richard Poad, the Chairman of Maidenhead Heritage Trust, and met with the Heritage Centre’s trustees.

Theresa received a guided tour of the exhibitions, including the 2018 Christmas Toys exhibition, displaying a wide range of toys on loan from local residents.

Theresa also saw the WWII exhibition and spitfire simulator, which she last visited when she was Home Secretary.

Theresa commented:

"It was such an interesting visit and I would like to thank everyone at the Maidenhead Heritage Centre for showing me around. There is so much to see and I hope that local residents will consider visiting themselves."
