Maidenhead MP Theresa May contributes to the Queen's Speech debate.

On Tuesday 11th May Maidenhead MP Theresa May took part in the first debate on the Queen's Speech in Parliament. 

The Queen's Speech sets out the programme of legislation that the Government intends to pursue in the forthcoming parliamentary session.

In Parliament Theresa commented on the Queen's Speech stating: "I applaud and welcome the aim of measures in the Queen’s Speech to deliver not just a national recovery from the pandemic but a recovery that makes the United Kingdom stronger, healthier and more prosperous than before—a country that truly works for everyone".
