Theresa attends Maidenhead Christmas Lights Switch-On.

  • 28 Nov 2021

Theresa was delighted to attend the Switch-on of the Maidenhead Christmas lights.

With Theresa and the Mayor in attendance- the town's festive lights were switched by medal-winning Team GB atheletes and a Norden Farm competition winner.

Due to bad weather, the much anticipated fireworks display was, unfortunately, cancelled. Despite this, the lights switch on was a great success and the market which took place during the day had a really nice variety of stalls.

Theresa commented that: "After the difficulties of last year it was great to see the community come together to celebrate the beginning of the festive season as part of the lights switch-on ceremony".
