On Friday 16th March, Theresa opened a new development in Phoenix Avenue, which composes 68 houses and apartments.
After meeting senior Wokingham Borough Council councillors and leaders, Theresa cut a blue ribbon to declare the new development open. She then visited residents and took a tour of their new homes.
Theresa:
“It was a pleasure opening this new development and I was so pleased to meet some of the new residents.
It is very important that we continue to build more homes and it is great to see developments such as this one taking place.”
