Theresa May MP opens new squash courts

On Friday 26th October, Theresa, together with the Mayor of Wokingham Borough, opened two refurbished squash courts in at the Berkshire County Sports Club in Sonning.

Theresa was joined by members from the clubs sports teams to cut the ribbon before going inside to see the new courts which received a £35,000 investment from the council.

Theresa:

“It was a pleasure to open this new facility, which I hope will be enjoyed by many local residents.”

Following the visit, Theresa was the first to hold the clubs new ‘Prime Minister’s Cup’, which will be used annually to recognise sporting achievements to teams or individuals at Berkshire County Sports Club
