  • 14 Dec 2020

Theresa May visited the Jolly Gardiner to support the Royal British Legion’s raffle event.

Theresa commented: “I very much enjoyed attending the Jolly Gardiner, for the Royal British Legion’s raffle event and I want pay tribute to the excellent work undertaken by the Legion and for the support they continue to offer our Armed Forces and Veterans.

This year has been like no other, however, the Royal British Legion have continued to dedicate their time to providing support to our servicepeople.

The raffle was for a truly excellent cause and I was pleased to see many tickets sold to many people, across the Maidenhead constituency. Our service people do so much for us, so it is only right that we continue to do our bit to support the Royal British Legion and all their efforts”.
