Maidenhead's MP Theresa May joined over 3000 local residents at the Cookham Christmas Street Fayre last weekend.
Visitors had the opportunity to browse more than 70 stalls from all the High Street businesses, including Devine Flowers, Maliks and Prema's Kitchen, as well as other businesses and charities such as Copas Turkeys and Age Concern.
A free shuttle bus, provided by the Wye Valley Volunteers, supported by Wooburn & Bourne End Parish Council, ferried residents north of Cookham to the fayre to enjoy the festivities while the closure of Cookham Bridge is underway.
Despite the inclement weather- Theresa was pleased to see so many people from across Cookham coming together and getting into the festive spirit.
