Theresa May MP visits Burchettes Green Infant School

  • 19 Nov 2018

On Friday 16 November, Theresa visited Burchettes Green Infant school.

After a meeting with Headteacher Mrs Delia Sheppard, Theresa went to see all of the pupils in the reception, year 1 and year 2 classes to take questions from the children.

The questions were very varied and ranged from ‘What time do you go to bed?’ and ‘Do you have many meetings?’ to ‘How many countries have you been to?’ and ‘What is it like being an MP?’

Theresa:

“It was lovely to see the children at Burchettes Green and answer some of their very well thought questions.”

After visiting the classes, two pupils from the year 2 class presented Theresa with some flowers and thanked her for coming.
