Theresa May has continued her long-running campaign to bring broadband to Waltham St Lawrence and parts of Hurst. She has taken her quarrel with BT to the Communications Minister, Lord Carter, asking him to work with broadband suppliers to achieve better access to fast internet in the local area.Read More

Theresa May is supporting the Woodland Trust’s Christmas Card Recycling Scheme. Each year the Trust collects cards, all of which are taken to paper mills where they are recycled into brand new paper products, with money raised helping the UK’s leading woodland conservation charity plant thousands of trees.Read More

Theresa May has attacked Wokingham Borough Council for giving minimal notice of an important Planning meeting. The meeting on Wednesday could see the approval of nearly 500 dwellings on Sandford Farm near Woodley. The Council sent an email on 29th December giving people just 7 working days before a final decision is made.Read More
