Theresa has been working hard to make sure there are enough good school places for the children in our area.
She supported the foundation of Holyport College, a new free school in Holyport, and Forest Bridge School, a new school for children with autism in Maidenhead.
Young people need a good start in life. That means making sure there are enough school places, and also encouraging businesses to link with local schools to show young people the opportunities open to them.
Theresa regularly visits local schools, saying “it’s important for children to learn about politics and it’s great to see schools get involved in issues, like campaigning for education for all children across the world.”
